Comiskey Corp is a Queensland based, private family owned company formed in 1996, with development interests in Southeast Queensland and Victoria. It has primarily developed residential estates over the last nine years.

Steve & Sarah Comiskey have a young family of their own, thus the focus of Comiskey Corp has been to develop quality developments that fulfil the requirements of growing families. In fact, Comiskey Corp has made a name for itself in the industry for delivering high quality, family friendly projects with extensive parklands and facilities. In 2003 it was a finalist in the Urban Development Institute of Australia (Queensland) Awards for Residential Subdivisions.

Two recent projects that display Comiskey Corp's commitment to design excellence are Meadowbrook Lakes in Queensland and Promenade in Victoria. However, with Habitat, the bar has been raised even higher, and Habitat will be the benchmark estate on Brisbane's bayside.
